To be able to sell certified organic
produce farmers must be certified by organisations such as the National Association
for Sustainable Agriculture of Australia (NASSA),
Demeter
Bio-Dynamics or Biological
Farmers of Australia (BFA).
Some accommodation providers have organic house gardens that don't warrant
certification, where this is the case we indicate that they are not
certified. The organisation WWOOF
Willing Workers On Organic Farms, includes farms where you
can work for your keep for short periods of time.
What is Organic
Farming all about anyway?
